As Composites Universal Group is a world class supplier of composite parts and assemblies, insurance companies have often looked to us for the repair and restoration work needed due to unforeseen accidents. Composites Universal Group has worked with companies such as Phoenix Aviation Managers, AIG Aviation, and Regal aviation Insurance in the past and have had repeat business due to the satisfaction of both the customer and the insurance company. Composites Universal Group is committed to working closely with insurance companies to assure all damage items are addressed, quoted and approved prior to starting the repair work. Composites Universal Group assigns a case handler to each claim to organize and oversee all of the items involved with the repairs, including acting as a liaison for off site work such as engine repairs and new hardware fabrication. For aviation related repairs, Composites Universal Group works hard to assure all items concerning FAA repair procedures and paperwork are addressed.

To assure original configuration, Composites Universal Group will often create "Master Jigs" to properly hold and locate items that will be removed and replaced. All replacement parts are built to original specifications if provided or if no specifications are available, Composites Universal Group will evaluate the damaged part for construction and fabricate and submit a proposed fabrication method to the customer which will meet or exceed the original in strength and quality if possible. Composites Universal Group is continuously in communication with owners to update them on progress and to review any areas of concern.

While in the shop, Composites Universal Group makes it easy for owners to have additional work preformed to take care of those items that have been put off for rainy days. Secondary contracts directly between owners and Composites Universal Group allow the product to leave our shop not only back to original configuration, but also upgraded to the condition that you have always wanted.
