Composites Universal Group is committed to making quality the top priority on any project. We believe a quality review at the start of each project helps keep costs down and customers satisfaction up. In keeping with this philosophy, we have spent hundreds of hours to revise and implement a quality system that meets the tough standards of ISO 9001-2000. We continually review and add to our quality system to assure we are producing the highest quality products available and meeting each customers needs. Our system is dedicated to tracking all aspects of a project including, material certifications, equipment calibrations, vacuum and cure cycles, fabricating technician, and technician training just to mention a few. Our test equipment, curing oven, freezer system, and certified measuring devices, are all calibrated on set schedules for accuracy to maintain constant part quality. Our production and assembly departments both have temperature-tracking devices that allow us to maintain optimal working conditions for the processes utilized in each department.

Our quality system has been audited by several domestic and foreign companies and has helped Composites Universal Group obtain contracts for programs such as, the CAP 222 development and certification effort for APEX Aviation of Darois France. We also do structural and nonstructural parts fabrication for Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing of Bend Oregon, (formerly Certified Lancair), Proof of Concept (POC) development from prints to flight of the Javelin Jet for Aviation Technology Group of Denver Colorado, and Proof of Concept and development work for a joint program with Hamilton Sundstrand and Boeing.

Our quality system has been written to offer three different levels of tracking that range from basic quality control checks to full certification tracking and records retention. All of our programs use a traveler system to track materials, quality control points, oven cure cycles, and all other critical items pertaining to the product being fabricated.

Offering three different levels of tracking gives our customers the option to determine at the start of a project how much tracking will be needed, and the costs associated with each level. By doing this, Composites Universal Group can provide a quality system that will meet the needs of all types of projects ranging from "one off" parts to fully certified programs.

No matter which quality system level you choose for your project, Composites Universal Group is dedicated to supplying you the highest quality finished product in the industry.
